This season of competitive gaming is gearing up to expand its international presence. With the previous campaign now behind us, enthusiasts are already speculating about the plans for the upcoming season as Significant happenings are slated to occur throughout the globe.

The final segment of the 2025/26 season paves the way for the 2026/27 campaign. Although its kickoff is a few weeks away, the locations for three pivotal international showdowns have been revealed:

  • The first major event is scheduled for May 8-17 in Salt Lake City, where competition will once more enthrall the United States.
  • Subsequently, an event will be hosted in Japan during November, with the specific city and exact dates yet to be confirmed.
  • In the summer, the competition will extend its presence to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of the Esports World Cup—a highly regarded tournament that draws an array of elite teams and standout competitors, despite not being an official major within the circuit.

Looking ahead, the Six Invitational is set to return to Brazil in February 2027. Although final details regarding dates and venue remain undisclosed, it is expected that one of the country’s renowned cities, such as Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro is set to take on the role of host.
