Marvel Future Revolution Is Out

A new mobile game Marvel Future Revolution is here for Android and iOS platforms. It was created in a collaboration of Marvel and Netmarble. The new RPG is an open world that is considered the latest Marvel’s release in the franchise. Critics have already noted the significant change of previous games created by Marvel, including Marvel Future Fight that was focused on the customization of costumes. The newly released trailer reveals active gameplay with numerous battles and characters.

The Plot Behind Marvel Future Revolution

The game tells you an alternative story of the Earth when it collapsed with its copies from parallel universes forming a “Primary Earth.” New areas that emerged are called Hydra Empire, New Stark City, and Sakaar. You have to join the team of superheroes called “Omega Fight.” Your goal is pretty obvious, which is to protect this new Earth from multiple enemies. So, you will be pretty busy there, since this Earth has all the possible enemies you can remember from Marvel’s franchise.

Right now, there are 8 characters you can play. The list includes Captain America, Doctor Strange, Black Widow, Iron Man, Captain Marvel, Storm, Star-Lord, and Spider-Man. As for the villains, you will meet the good old Thanos, Ultron, Yellowjacket, and M.O.D.O.K. If you have read any comic books, watched movies, or TV series, you will find lots of similarities. The original plot has been saved with multiple additions from versatile Marvel narratives and arcs.

Netmarble CEO Simon Sim said that they created the game in tight collaboration with Marvel, using their shared point of view on the gameplay. He noted that the company was able to provide high-quality visuals and impressive battles. According to him, the team was glad to see a positive response from the audience. Marvel Games VP Bill Rosemann also noted a high level of the game’s performance.
