Call of Duty Will Allegedly Be Released in 2022 image

If you are a part of the Call of Duty community, you already know that a lot of players have been frustrated with Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Vanguard. Because so many fans were not satisfied with the game, a lot of people hoped to get better content from Call of Duty 2022. One of the first surprises regarding the release is that the game should become available earlier than hoped.

According to RalphsValve, a well-known leaker in the Call of Duty community, the new game is supposed to be released in May, but currently, there is no specific date available. Also, RalphsValve posted a tweet in which they had a countdown up to April 30. As it turned out, this date doesn’t point to the actual release of the game, but it’s likely to have something to do with the official announcement from the developers or a teaser.

Currently, the obtained information should be viewed as a rumor, as it comes only from one source and there hasn’t yet been an official confirmation. One thing to note is that usually any Call of Duty reveals are not made so early, as they usually happen either in the summer or later. For instance, players received news about Call of Duty: Vanguard in August 2021.

There have been a lot of rumors surrounding the name of the upcoming title and there are almost no doubts left that the game will be called Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This is not surprising, as a large number of players liked Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

It would be interesting to see how well Call of Duty 2022 and the Call of Duty: Warzone relaunch will be received by players. It is possible that developers will reveal the game earlier to make some potential changes before it will be fully launched.
